This coffee is a blend of a grade 1 washed bean from Colombia and a grade 1 20 day Anaerobic processed bean from the Guiji region of Ethiopia.

I personally love both of these coffees on their own. By combining them you get big fruity zing at first which then transitions into a smooth chocolatey caramel finish.

In our opinion it's a great gateway cup for those that might be a little unsure about a full cup of only anaerobic.

Tastes great with all brewing methods.
